The mattress does the heavy lifting: its own weight locks the frame in place, so nothing gets screwed, clamped or strapped to your bed.
Unfold and click together
Open the steel base frame and clip the cradle arm onto it. It only fits one way, so you can’t get it wrong.
Slide the base under the mattress
Lift the edge of the mattress and push the flat frame underneath. The upright arm hooks over the side of the bed; the mattress weight pins it down.
Set the height and angle
Loosen the side knob, bring the cradle level with the top of your mattress (or tilt it a few degrees), then tighten. Works on any mattress from 14 to 45 cm.
Drop in the memory-foam cushion
Press the U-shaped cushion onto the cradle ring. Memory foam molds to your face; the cotton cover keeps it cool and breathable.
Hook on the armrest board
Slot the board onto the frame under the cradle so your arms have somewhere to rest instead of dangling. Included with the Support Bar editions.

Will it fit my bed?
Almost certainly. The frame needs two things: a mattress it can slide under, and an edge it can hook over. Platform beds, slatted frames, box springs and divans all qualify.
Standard edition: mattresses 14–45 cm thick — that covers the vast majority of beds sold today.
Extended Support edition: thin mattresses 5–16 cm — futons, sofa beds, camping and guest mattresses.

Do I need tools or a second person?
No. Everything clicks together by hand, and one person can lift the mattress edge enough to slide the frame under.
Will it damage my mattress or bed frame?
Nothing is screwed, clamped or strapped on. The flat steel base simply sits between the mattress and its base, held by the mattress’s own weight.
Can I leave it installed?
Yes. Many customers keep it at the foot or side of the bed permanently. Otherwise, loosen the knob, pull the frame out and fold it flat — it stores in a drawer or the tote bag.
How do I clean the cushion?
Wipe the cotton cover with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry. Keep the memory foam itself out of the washing machine.
