A note from the founder
I studied Sport and Motor Performance, so I came to this from the training side: most people don't get better because they never actually recover.
Vitabyo started in 2025 as a content project — short videos and a sleep guide on how to fall asleep faster, sleep deeper and recover properly. People wanted more than advice; they wanted the tools. So we built the products around the routine: first the Bed Cradle, then the guides and audio that come with it.
